Laulasmaa Gift card is the product of Laulasmaa Spa (Baltic Beach Holding OÜ) that helps you to make a lovely gift for your relatives, friends or colleagues.

Gift card is a financial document to buy any services offered at Laulasmaa Spa for the amount indicated on the card and use the gift card to pay for the services or to use any services marked on the card.

Gift card is not personal and can be used by third parties.

It is possible to use many gift cards of Laulasmaa Spa at the same time.

Gift card is valid 6 months after the date of purchase.

If the gift card is for the certain amount indicated on the card

The owner of the gift card can use the amount indicated on the card by having offered accommodations of Laulasmaa Spa according to the public price list.

If the price of the selected service exceeds the amount on the gift card, then it must be paid by the owner of the gift card. If the price of the selected service is lower than the amount on the gift card, then the rest amount is not given back.

If the owner of the gift card is also the owner of the customer card of Laulasmaa Spa, then the benefits of the customer card are valid according to its valid conditions.

If the gift card is for special accommodations:

Gift card can only be used for the accommodations marked on the card and only in the amount marked on the card.

For safety all gift cards are numbered.

Lost or damaged gift cards are not subjects of compensation.

The amount on the gift card can not be paid out in cash and is only valid during the period marked on the card.

Exceeding the validity period turns the gift card invalid.

When buying the gift card or paying by the gift card  benefits of  the customer cards given by the partners of Laulasmaa Spa are not available (Kaleva Travel, Estravel etc customer cards, whom Laulasmaa Spa has made the co-operating agreement).

When booking the accommodations chosen on  the gift card is on the same bases as without a gift card.
