Rules ofthe client programme.

*Loyal customer card charges 10 euros.

*Loyal customer card is a belonging of Baltic Beach Holding OÜ.

*Loyal customer card is a magnetic card having the client number marked on it.

*The personal  data of the cardholder is carried on the magnetic stripe on the

back side of the card.

*The administrator of Laulasmaa Spa helps to fill in the application form for the 

loyal customer card.

*The applicant of the card confirms the rightness of the application by signing  the  

signature.

*It is  correct to dissatisfy the application if the compulsory fields of the application

are not filled.

*If the card is lost or invalid the fee for issuing a new card is 5 euros.

*If the card is damaged, stolen or lost it must  be informed immediately by dialing

*When informing name the first and the last name of the cardholder, if possible

name the number of the customer card.

*The loyal customer card of Laulasmaa Spa is valid after the 3 workdays of holding

the card have passed.

*The personal data presented when applying the customer card is protected and

used according to the law on personal data requires.

The personal data of the customer when uniting the customer with the customer programme and customer`s further use of the customer card are used by Baltic Beach Holding OÜ according to the following purposes:

*identifying the customers

*saving and analysing the data

*surveys of the customer satisfaction

*offering personal service to the top-customers of the sections (also  

customer events and special offers)

*sending personal information and offers to the customer as the customer wishes

(e.g. special offers by email)

*for arranging lotteries among the customers who have been shopping using the

customer card

totally protected against unjustified use
