The Laulasmaa water park features six  swimming pools filled with sunlight. We offer a beautiful view of the pine forest, adding aesthetic pleasure to that provided by the water. We offer 20 m long swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool, Water flow swimming pool, Children  swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Massage swimming pool. The Laulasmaa Spa is located more than 1000 sqm area.

The Laulasmaa SPA has 6 general saunas; including

   * Steam sauna
   * Hot air sauna

   * Sanarium

   * Waterless (dry) sauna

   * Salt sauna

   * Wood-burning outdoor sauna

SAUNA
Sauna has proven to be a ritual which is a suitable kind of healthcare for everyone. Take your family and friends with you to enjoy the best relaxation.

The Finnish sauna

features dry hot air up to 95 degrees Celsius. The steam sauna has a long tradition reaching all the way back to ancient Rome. Although lower by temperature than in "the "Finnish" sauna - 45 to 55 degrees Celsius - warm steam is added. It is possible to add essential oils.

Sanarium

a combination of the "Finnish" sauna and the steam sauna. Sanarium is not very hot (65 degrees Celsius and water moisture of approximately 50%)

Additional recommendations

Drink plenty of water. Do not drink alcohol before sauna. It is advised for pregnant women and young children to not use the infrared sauna. Do not use the infrared sauna if you have fever. Exit the sauna if you are feeling unwell.
