Swimming classes for babies and toddlers start again!
Swimming classes for babies provide an excellent opportunity to spend pleasant time with your child and strengthen the emotional bond.
Swimming promotes the child’s normal development, enhances muscles and improves muscle tone, and calms and relaxes the nervous system. Water strengthens and keeps the immune system healthy, supports the metabolism and abdominal functions.
During the lesson, the parents are shown different swimming techniques that develop the child’s balance, body sensations and motor skills. With the baby’s breath-holding reflex the baby learns to hold breath, which in turn ensures water safety and creates the foundation for acquiring swimming skills earlier.
The water in the pool is 32-33 degrees.

Mondays at 10am for babies aged from 3 months to 1 year
Mondays at 10:30am for toddlers aged 1 year and upwards
The duration of each class is 30 minutes
All children aged from 3 months to 2 years are welcome.
Bring a warm towel and swim nappy.
